Privacy Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
WooriIBook Co., Ltd. ("we") runs Collector's Room. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the privacy laws of the places our users live, including US state laws.
1. What we collect
- Account: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name, email address and profile picture). We use it only to sign you in.
- Your collection: the cards, graded slabs and sealed products you own or want, your binders and covers, your room and its settings, and your plan.
- Technical data: sign-in cookies that keep you logged in, data saved in your browser (display preferences, which achievements you've seen, and any collection you saved here before signing in), and server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
You can browse cards, sets and prices without an account. We do not collect payment card details; checkout is not offered yet, and when it is, a payment provider will handle cards directly.
2. Why we use it
- To run your account and save your collection across devices.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and prevent abuse.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
3. Affiliate links and cookies
Card pages have links, marked Paid links, to stores such as TCGplayer and eBay. When you follow one, the link carries a tracking code and the card's id, and the store (and its affiliate network, Impact or the eBay Partner Network) may set cookies to credit us for a purchase. Those cookies are set by the store under its own privacy policy; we receive only aggregate sales reports, not who you are. See the Affiliate disclosure.
Collector's Room itself uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
4. Who processes it for us
We use these providers to run Collector's Room. They process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase Inc. (United States): account sign-in and the database that holds your collection, stored in the US East (North Virginia) region.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting the website, with request logs.
- Google LLC (United States): only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
Card and pack pictures load straight from the servers of TCGdex, TCGplayer and Bulbagarden Archives, which see your IP address and browser like any website you visit; we send them nothing else.
These providers are outside Korea, so using Collector's Room means your information is transferred to the United States over encrypted connections when you sign in and save changes. You can refuse by not creating an account; browsing stays available.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and collection while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its data within 30 days, except where a law requires us to keep a record for longer. Hosting logs are kept for a short time by our providers.
6. Your rights
You can see and change your collection in the app at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information, or to delete your account, by emailing info@ownabee.com. We will reply within the time the law requires (10 days under Korean law, 45 days under US state laws). Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Korea, the Personal Information Protection Commission (privacy.go.kr, phone 182).
7. Children
Collector's Room is not directed to children under 14 (under 13 in the US). We do not knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Each account can read and change only its own rows (row-level security in the database), and access to our systems is limited to the people who run Collector's Room.
9. Privacy officer and contact
Privacy officer: Sungeun Kim, CEO, WooriIBook Co., Ltd., 302, Bundo Building, 188 Jangchungdan-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Email: info@ownabee.com.
10. Changes
We will post any change here with a new date, and tell signed-in users about important changes in the app.
