Terms of Use

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms apply when you use Collector's Room, run by WooriIBook Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using Collector's Room you agree to them.

1. The service

Collector's Room helps you track a Pokémon TCG collection, plan binders and follow market prices. We may add, change or remove features. Free features are offered as they are; we'll give notice before changing anything you paid for.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Collector's Room: no scraping or bulk downloading of the catalogue or prices, no attempts to break or overload the service or reach other people's data, and no use that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Prices and card data

Card details and prices come from third parties (TCGdex, TCGplayer via TCGCSV and others) and can be late, missing or wrong. Prices are for reference only and are not an offer, an appraisal or investment advice. Check with the seller before you buy or sell.

5. Links to stores

Some links go to stores such as TCGplayer and eBay, and we may earn a commission (see the Affiliate disclosure). Purchases are between you and the store, under its terms; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for the goods, delivery or refunds.

6. Paid plans

Pro plans are not on sale yet. When they are, prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be shown before you pay and will follow the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

7. Intellectual property

Pokémon and its card images and names are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company; Collector's Room is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The design, code, room art and text of Collector's Room belong to WooriIBook Co., Ltd..

8. Disclaimers and liability

Collector's Room is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the prices shown. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in and may bring a claim in its courts.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell signed-in users in advance. Contact: info@ownabee.com.
